Depending on the role the sequence may differ. However, for most positions there will be two to three separate assessments:

By this stage, we will have gotten to know you a lot better, therefore, it’s only fair you have the opportunity to speak with one of our leadership team to ask any questions you may have regarding our vision, mission, or strategy. During this conversation, we may also answer some questions asked in previous rounds just to check our understanding was correct.

After the assessments and interviews, every candidate who makes it to this stage is evaluated before the hiring team makes the final decision.
References are mandatory for every role. However, when there are multiple candidates that meet our hiring bar for a role, we’ll use the references to select the best candidate before making an offer. If no candidates meet the hiring bar, then we continue with the recruitment process.
