Building a start-up is not a sprint but a marathon and we all need to rest to be more productive and efficient when working. Our annual leave calendar runs from 1 January to 31 December, and we’ve made new updates for 2023.
*NEW: Globally, for all full-time teammates (both employees and individual contractors), you are now allowed 25 paid days off for vacation, excluding public holidays.
We’ve now set a global allowance regardless of location or contract to ensure all of our teammates have enough time and space to recharge.
Use it or lose it - There will no longer be a ‘carry-over days’ policy nor an annual tenor increase. As we scale, we will continue to make global changes where necessary.
❓ How many days upfront do I need to give notice/request my annual leave?
❓ What if my start date is in the middle of the year?
❓ What if I’m an intern?
❓ What if I only work part-time?
❓ Why not unlimited holidays?
