Compensation is a mixture of various elements, from the salary through perks you receive when you join our team to the benefits we cover if you are employed in one of our entities or via Employer of Record services.
We use granular location-based tailored compensation for each market.

This means we use local market data to differentiate pay for employees across different locations as we want to pay a competitive rate instead of paying the same wage for the same role in different regions.

This, for all organizations, can be a challenge to define due to the multiple variables such as industry, location, function, role, years of experience, and more. To establish some baselines, we construct the compensation package based on the following conditions:
We look at organizations that are Series A-funded tech start-ups with funding of $5 - $20mio.
We look at your primary location - your “tax home” where you spend at least 180 days out of the calendar year.
Should your location be unrestricted throughout the year - e.g. you are a digital nomad or you spend 180+ days outside your tax-home country - People Ops will reach out to set your benchmark location individually.
